Oddly, I really enjoy the long Japanese workdays. Though I am a freelancer now, I use to spend much of my time working on my social media when I was a seishain.

Also, there's something about staying there until 11 PM at night that builds bonds you can't just make otherwise.

Then again, I'm the type of person who doesn't want to do ANYTHING other than work so I get that it might not be for everyone.
